Privacy
Renderior puts real products into photos of your own space, so you trust us with pictures of your home. Here is, in plain words, what we keep, why, and how you stay in control.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address if you sign in with an email code. With a passkey we keep only its public key, never your face or fingerprint.
- What you add: photos of your space, product photos and screenshots, notes you type, and the pictures we make for you.
- How you use the app: basic counts such as how many pictures you made and when you tap a Buy link, plus the technical logs any website keeps to run safely.
How we use it
Only to run Renderior: to sign you in, make and save your pictures, find matching products, keep the service secure, and improve how it works. We email you only what you need to use the app, such as sign-in codes. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
AI processing
Your photos are processed by AI models to make your pictures. They run on our hosting provider's infrastructure. We don't use your photos to train AI models.
Who can see your photos
Only you. Your photos and pictures are private to your account, and we don't publish them.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run Renderior, such as our hosting and AI provider, and only so they can do that work for us. When you tap Search on Google, the picture or piece you chose is sent to Google to search with. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect people or the service. If Renderior is ever sold or merged, your data would move with it under this policy.
Cookies
We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't follow you across sites. Our font is loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it loads.
Store links
When you tap Buy you leave Renderior for the store, and the store's own privacy policy applies there. Some Buy links may be affiliate links, so the store may pay us a small commission. Your price is the same.
Your choices and rights
You can delete any saved space, or your whole account, at any time in the app. Deleting your account removes your photos, pictures and products. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to see, correct, export or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Email us and we'll help.
How long we keep it
As long as your account is open, or until you delete it. We may keep a small amount for a short time after that where we need to, for example to prevent abuse of free tries or to meet legal duties.
Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit and access controls. No service can promise perfect security, but we work to keep your data safe.
Where your data is processed
Your data is stored and processed by our providers and may be handled in countries other than yours, with safeguards where the law requires them.
Children
Renderior is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect.
